SUPPORT INFORMATION

Often, with today's generation, we use words through social media to drag others down; however, we can just as easily spread positive thoughts instead. At Amare Outreach we believe that the first step to getting help is encouragement. We want those struggling to know that there are other people out there with the same struggles. We are a supportive community, fighting back against all forms of abuse and mental illness. Through story telling we hope to inspire people to take the first steps of their journey to combating the abuse and mental illness in their life. Our goal is to create a community that encourages one another by sharing stories and experiences, and allows others to know they are not alone on their journeys. Feel free to speak to one another about your struggles and prevalence.

Remember, you are not alone. We are here to support you. Please share your story with us, and help others find hope.

If you are in an emergency mental health situation, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
